Mark Mattingly, PT, CEAS Physical Therapist, Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, Clinic Director
Mark is a 1979 graduate from Southeast Missouri State University with bachelor’s of science Education and 1982 graduate of the Physical Therapy Program at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has focused his career on the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions. Mark is actively involved with the local student athletes and provides onsite coverage for many local athletic events. Mark is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. He is currently focusing his efforts towards Industrial Rehabilitation and the WorkSTEPS® employment processes. | |

Terry Davis, PT, MBA Physical Therapist, Master of Business Administration, Clinic Director
Terry is a 1992 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. Terry has specialized his practice to the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions, specifically knees and shoulders. Sara Hennemann, PT Physical Therapist
Sara attended Christian Brothers University and then graduated in 1995 from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Sara has 10 years experience treating a wide variety of patients. She has received specialized training in pediatrics and women's health, particularly for treatment of urinary incontinence and lymphedema. She currently practices in the outpatient clinic and uses her knowledge to help pediatric to geriatric patients. Sara has experience in-hospital acute care and SNF, home health care, and First Steps. | |

Craig Brown, PT, CSCS, CEAS Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist
Craig is a 1996 graduate of Rockhurst University and a 2000 graduate of the University of Evansville, where he obtained a master's degree in Physical Therapy. Craig works closely with area schools to provide injury prevention and management through practice and game coverage, as well as directing CORE sports enhancement, a program that began in summer 2007, which is designed to target the individual skills and attributes required by each individual sport. Craig also has specialized training in areas of Industrial Medicine, including advanced Ergonomic Consultation and WorkSTEPS® employment testing. |
