Mark Mattingly, PT, CEAS

Mark is a 1979 graduate from Southeast Missouri State University with bachelor's of science Education and 1982 graduate of the Physical Therapy Program at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has focused his career on the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions. Mark is actively involved with the local student athletes and provides onsite coverage for many local athletic events. Mark is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. He is currently focusing his efforts towards Industrial Rehabilitation and the WorkSTEPS® employment processes.

Terry Davis, PT, MBA

Terry is a 1992 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. Terry has specialized his practice to the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions, specifically knees and shoulders. Terry is actively involved with the local school athletic programs and provides onsite coverage for many local athletic events. He is also involved with Industrial Rehabilitation and the WorkSTEPS® employment processes.

Sara Hennemann, PT
Physical Therapist

Sara attended Christian Brothers University and then graduated in 1995 from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Sara has 10 years experience treating a wide variety of patients. She has received specialized training in pediatrics and women's health, particularly for treatment of urinary incontinence and lymphedema. She currently practices in the outpatient clinic and uses her knowledge to help pediatric to geriatric patients. Sara has experience in-hospital acute care and SNF, home health care, and First Steps.

Sherry Davis, PT
Physical Therapist

Sherry is a 1988 graduate from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. Sherry has practiced in many different settings including hospital inpatient and SNF, outpatient, and home health. Sherry is currently focusing her practice on home health and nursing home care in the Perry County community.

Jessica Hennemann, MPT
Physical Therapist

Jessica is a 2004 graduate from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. Since that time she has practiced primarily with pediatric patients. She is a kind, energetic person who loves working with the pediatric population of Perryville and the surrounding areas.

Tyler Brown, PT, CEAS-II

Originally from Jacksonville, IL, Tyler graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO.   Since graduation, Tyler has worked in the hospital based and free-standing outpatient settings where he has been able to practice in the acute and swing bed inpatient, home health, nursing home, and outpatient areas.   He has extensive training in industrial rehabilitation, ergonomic assessment, sports medicine and orthopedics.   Tyler resides with his wife and children in Ste. Genevieve. 

         When Tyler is not at work, you will most likely find him training on his bicycle, cooking, or working around the house. He is very excited to work in and become part of the Perryville community.

Marcia Watters, PTA

Marcia is a 1996 graduate of Southwestern Illinois College. Marcia has experience in many areas of physical therapy treatment including hospital inpatient and SNF, outpatient, home health, pediatrics, and First Steps. Marcia is very outgoing and well received by patients of all ages.

Paget Cook, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Paget graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2001. Paget has practiced since 2001 in the outpatient, SNF, home health, nursing home, school setting, and aquatics. She is currently participating in WorkSTEPS® employment testing, pediatrics, and aquatics.

Katie Kirn, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Katie graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2000. Since then, she has practiced in the Perryville area. Katie has experience in many areas including home health, pediatrics, aquatics, hospital SNF, inpatient, outpatient, and nursing home. She currently focuses on home health, aquatics, and pediatrics.

Renee is a graduate from Southwestern Illinois College in 1988.   Renee began working in Perryville after graduating in 1998 and worked here until 1994.  At that time she left and provided physical therapy at various different nursing homes.  In 2002 she began working at Mid America Rehab in Ste. Genevieve and in May 2010 she returned to the Perryville location.  At this time her main focus of care is with inpatient and skilled nursing facility patients.  Renee enjoys traveling and scrapbooking on her days away from work.

Derek is a 1999 graduate of Perryville High School and a proud Marine veteran. He graduated from Lindenwood University with a bachelor's of science degree in athletic training in May 2008. During his school Derek had the opportunity to intern with the St. Louis Rams. He attended physical therapy assistant classes at St. Louis Community College/Meramac and graduated in May 2011. Derek especially enjoys working with disabled veterans and athletes of all ages.

When Derek is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and their two dogs in Perry County, Missouri where they reside. Also in his spare time he loves to fish, hunt and enjoy the outdoors.
