2023 Mid America Rehab 5K Rally Run & Walk

Thank you to everyone that continues to support the 5K Rally Run & Walk! With local support, we have raised thousands of dollars that have been donated to the St. Vincent DePaul & Perry County School District 32 Athletic Programs in the name of our sponsors and participants. The race is hosted each year at Perryville TG 5K Trail. The trail provides a safe and enjoyable track for our participants with easy access to parking and a scenic route that meanders through grass, wooded, and residential areas, and past the new Veteran's Memorial Wall.

This event is for everyone! Medals are awarded in multiple age categories, PLUS A NEW STROLLER CATEGORY for moms or dads pushing little ones in their stroller! (please note this on your registration form)

When you register, select the team of your choice and you will receive a free shirt to support your team in all their sports throughout the year!!
