Kristin Armbruster


DPT Physical Therapist, Dry Needling Specialist, Clinic Director

Kristin graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She then attended Rockhurst University in Kansas City where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. Kristin is certified in Level II Dry Needling and enjoys working with a variety of ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. When she is not working, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog, being outdoors, and watching St. Louis sports.

Robert (Bob) is originally from Farmington, Missouri. He graduated from the University of Missouri Physical Therapy Program in 1993. He received additional training in hand therapy at Washington University in St. Louis and the Medical College of Wisconsin. He began his career as an outpatient physical therapist and specializes in a wide range of orthopedic conditions. He co-founded Mid America Rehab in 1994 where he has worked since, specializing in sports medicine, industrial rehabilitation, and hand therapy. Robert also has a particular expertise with functional employment testing and sits as a member of the board of directors of WorkSTEPS, Inc., the nation’s largest functional employment testing company. He is a well-respected clinician and has taught Hand and Orthopedic Rehabilitation as a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Missouri – Columbia. Bob is married to his wife Wynnette and is blessed with two sons, one stepson, and two stepdaughters. He is an avid fly fisherman and is enthusiastic to talk fishing with those who will listen.

Kylie graduated from Mineral Area College, Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center in 2018 with a Physical Therapist Assistant Degree. She graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2016 where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Kylie works in the outpatient setting and enjoys working with patients of all ages. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs Lily and Bo in Jackson where she resides. She likes sports, camping, and going to the lake in her spare time.

Dylan attended Southeast Missouri State University for 3 years until transferring to Mineral Area College where he graduated in 2018. He has experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. He also serves in the Missouri National Guard with the 1221st transportation company. In his free time, Dylan enjoys drawing, playing board games, and spending time with his family.

Lahna Robertson, PTA

PTA-Physical Therapist Assistant

Lahna is originally from the small town of Steele, MO and is a 2022 graduate of the PTA program at the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center. Prior to obtaining her degree as a PTA, Lahna attended Three Rivers College where she was a member of the cheer team and graduated in 2021 with an associate degree in health sciences. Her favorite part of therapy is meeting new patients and supporting them throughout their healing journey. She has an identical twin sister that is also a PTA. In her free time, Lahna enjoys eating at Chili’s and spending time with her family, friends, and pet corn snake..
