Ryan Buchheit
PT, CHT, CEAS Physical Therapist, Certified Hand Therapist, Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, Clinic Director
Ryan graduated from Maryville University in 2001 and began working for Mid America Rehab in September 2001. He became a Certified Hand Therapist in November 2008. Ryan is also certified in dry needling therapy. The majority of Ryan’s practice focuses on outpatient rehab, sports medicine, hand therapy, and work conditioning programs. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys fishing, farming, and spending time with his wife Carrie, and two children Noah and Grace.
Sara Hennemann
PT Physical Therapist
Sara attended Christian Brothers University and graduated in 1995 from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has specialized training in women’s health, particularly for the treatment of urinary incontinence and lymphedema. Sara is experienced in hospital acute care, pediatrics, and home health care. When not working, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and volunteering for St. Vincent Schools and Church.
Clinton Rice
DPT, OCS, CEAS Physical Therapist, Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist
Clinton graduated from Maryville University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Health Science. He then attended graduate school at Maryville University, where he graduated in 2011 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and offers advanced knowledge and expertise in his field. Clinton focuses his main practice on outpatient rehab, sports medicine, and work conditioning programs. When not at work Clinton enjoys the outdoors; running, biking, and fishing.
Missy Goehman
MPT Physical Therapist
Missy attended Maryville University in St. Louis where she received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2004. She has practiced in a variety of settings and is happy to bring her knowledge and experience to Mid America Rehab. Her treatments are focused in outpatient and home health settings.
Missy currently resides in Perry County, MO with her husband and two children. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and camping.
Allison Kell
DPT Physical Therapist, Certified LSVT Big Clinician
Allison graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Health Science in 2014 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. Allison has experience in pediatrics, sports rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and home health. She is a Certified LSVT Big Clinician and certified in Level II Dry Needling. Allison resides in Ste. Genevieve County with her husband and children. When not working, Allison enjoys cooking, sports, crafting, and spending time outdoors.
Natalie Huber
DPT Physical Therapist
Natalie is a native of Perryville, MO, and graduated from Perryville High School in 2011. She attended Maryville University where she received her Bachelor of Health Science in 2015 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. Natalie’s experience includes outpatient care, skilled nursing, and home health. She also has specialized training through the Hermann & Wallace institute for the treatment of pelvic floor disorders such as pelvic pain and urinary incontinence. She is certified in Dry Needling Level I and Pelvic Floor Dry Needling. In her free time, Natalie loves to spend time with family and friends, go camping, ride side by sides, and cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs. Natalie and her husband Brandon have one son, Waylon.
Emily Mattingly
DPT Physical Therapist
Emily is a native of Perryville, MO. She is a 2016 graduate of St. Vincent de Paul High School in Perryville. She attended Maryville University of St. Louis where she received her Bachelor of Health Science in 2020 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. Emily enjoys working with a variety of ages and populations including pediatrics, sports rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedics. In her free time, Emily enjoys running and golfing, reading, cheering on St. Louis sports teams, and spending time with family.
Jose Robles
PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Jose, a native from Corozal, Puerto Rico, moved to the USA in 2000 to continue his higher education and collegiate sports. He received his Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from Mineral Community College’s Cape Girardeau Career & Technology Center program and he has obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from Martin Methodist College in TN. Since 2006 he has made Perryville his home away from home. He is married to Julie “Preston” Robles from Perryville and they have three children. They enjoy the outdoors, going fishing, sports, and walking in the park.
Paget Cook
PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Paget graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2001. She has practiced in pediatrics, outpatient, skilled nursing facility care, home health, nursing home, school setting, and lymphedema therapy. She is currently participating in pediatrics, lymphedema, and outpatient care. She enjoys camping with her family and spending time outdoors.
Renee Luthy
PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Renee is a graduate of Southwestern Illinois College in 1988. Renee began working in Perryville after graduation until 1994. At that time, she left and provided physical therapy at various nursing homes. In 2002, she began working at Mid America Rehab in Ste. Genevieve and in May 2010 she returned to the Perryville location. Currently, her main focus of care is inpatient acute care and swing-bed patient rehab. Renee enjoys traveling and scrapbooking on her days away from work.
Katie Kirn
PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Katie graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2000. Since then, she has practiced in the Perryville area. Katie has experience in many areas including home health, pediatrics, aquatics, hospital skilled nursing facility care, inpatient, and outpatient care. She currently focuses on home health, outpatient, and pediatrics.
Derek Adelman
ATC, PTA Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant
Derek is a 1999 graduate of Perryville High School and a Marine veteran. He graduated from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training in May 2008. Derek had the opportunity to intern with the St. Louis Rams. He graduated from the physical therapy assistant program at St. Louis Community College/Meramec in May 2011. Derek especially enjoys working with disabled veterans and athletes of all ages. When Derek is not working, he loves spending time with his wife, two sons, and their three dogs in Perry County, MO, where they reside. Also in his spare time, he loves to fish, hunt, and enjoy the outdoors.
Mary Bachmann
PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Mary is a 2013 graduate of Southern Illinois University Physical Therapist Assistant Program. Since graduation, she has been working in outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, and aquatics. Mary’s current focus with Mid America Rehab is outpatient, aquatics, and hospital inpatient. When not at work Mary enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her family, and reading.
Dee Johnson
PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Dee graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She managed the City of Perryville’s quatics Department and owned and operated her own personal training business. In 2020 she acquired a Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Mineral Area College. She enjoys working with sports medicine, orthopedic and geriatric populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Dee is TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Certified providing special insight to golfers of all skill levels.
Dylan Rush
PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Dylan attended Southeast Missouri State University for 3 years until transferring to Mineral Area College where he graduated in 2018. He has experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. He served in the Missouri National Guard with the 1221st transportation company for 10 years. Dylan has a beautiful wife and son. In his free time, he enjoys playing interactive games and woodworking.
Taylor Schubert
PTA, Physical Therapist Assistant
Taylor graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Mineral Area College/Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center in 2023. Taylor enjoys working with patients in the outpatient setting and pediatrics. In her free time, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, and she loves to shop and play board games.
Saddie Krehbiel
ATC, LAT, MA Athletic Trainer
Saddie graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science, Athletic Training in 2017. She served as a graduate assistant ATC at Fontbonne University in St. Louis and graduated with her master's in Health Communication Studies in 2019. Saddie has worked with high school and college athletics as well as in orthopedic clinics alongside Sports Medicine Physicians and surgeons as a physician extender. When I’m not working she loves taking her two dogs on adventures or training for her next marathon.
Carter Schemel

Carter graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Mineral Area College Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center in 2023. He enjoys working with patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings. When not working you can find Carter cheering on his favorite sports teams, going to the gym, or spending time with his family and friends.

Abby graduated from Mineral Area College, Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center in 2023 with a Physical Therapist Assistant Degree. Abby enjoys working with patients of all ages in the outpatient, inpatient and home-health settings. When not working, you can find Abby playing with her dog, Scout, enjoying the outdoors or spending time with her friends and family.
Desirae Stephenson

Desirae graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. In 2018 she received her associate's degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program from Southern Illinois University. Desirae has years of experience in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Her hobbies include being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family.
